Installations
We aim to make your installation as straight forward, fuss free as possible. Below is a quick guide to the process. For any further details please simply get in touch with one of our team and we will endeavour to help further with your query.
The Process of replacement glazing repairs
- initial enquiry
- quotation provided either through picture or site visit
- once the quotation is accepted, a site visit is conducted to get all the measurements needed to produce the glazing
- glass is ordered (we manufacture our own double-glazed units at our factory)
- once the glass is manufactured an installation date and time slot is provided
- all rubbish related to the installation will be removed on completion
- invoice is provided for payment (payment on completion of the job via card, bank transfer or cash)
- replacement double-glazed units in UPVC come with a 5 year guarantee against them failing
The Process of window and door installations
- initial enquiry, we conduct a site survey to look at whats involved in the installation (we are not salesmen)
- quotation provided aftersite visit
- once the quotation is accepted, a site visit is conducted again to go through all the spec ie sizes and design or doors / windows
- frames are then ordered (we manufacture our own double-glazed units at our factory)
- once the frames are ready an installation date and time slot is provided
- all rubbish related to the installation will be removed on completion
- invoice is provided for payment (payment on completion of the job via card, bank transfer or cash)
- replacement double-glazed units in UPVC come with a 5 year guarantee against them failing, the frames come with a 10 year guarantee with CERTASS.
